Our coaches have over 10 Years of experience and we are eager to set you up for success and have you feeling like THE CHAMP.
Boxing is the art of self-discipline. You see these boxers on TV. They run, lift, swim, cycle, yoga, and are in tip-top shape, both mentally and physically. Through boxing you will learn your true physical and mental conditioning that goes past the man in the mirror. Through various drills we will practice hitting without getting hit. Lets be honest though, It’s much more than that. We will practice breathing and staying calm under pressure. I will teaching you how to develop power from the earth and throw punches with conviction while remaining balanced. We will throw combinations moving forward, backward, left, and right. Boxing is known to be the purest form of competition and is one of the world’s hardest and most intense workouts. During these boxing sessions, when you’re filled with questions and doubt, while looking to perfect your craft, Champ Camp will be there to coach you through the rounds.
